Delhi - Agra - Varanasi - Bodhgaya - Rajgir - Nalanda -Vaishali - Kushinagar - Lumbini - Sravasti - Lucknow - Delhi:
Duration : 09 Nights / 10 Days

Day 01 : Delhi : Arrive Delhi, transfer to hotel. Night stay in Delhi.

Day 02 : Delhi - Agra - Varanasi : Early morning transfer to railway station to board train for Agra (2 hrs). Breakfast in the train. Visit the world famous Taj Mahal (Friday closed). Also visit the Agra fort. Evening transfer to railway station to board the train to Varanasi.

Day 03 :Varanasi - Early morning arrive at Varanasi. After breakfast proceed to Sarnath (20 min), Visit Dhamekha Stupa, Deer park and Saranath Museum. Afternoon back to hotel for lunch. Evening boat ride in the river Ganges and view the beautiful evening aarti performed on the river banks. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 04 : Varanasi - Bodhgaya : After breakfast proceed towards Bodhgaya (6 1/2 hrs). On arrival Lunch at hotel. Visit Mahabodhi Temple, 80 feet high lord Buddha Statue & Various international monasteries. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 05 : Bodhgaya - Rajgir - Nalanda - Vaishali : After breakfast at hotel drive to Rajgir (2 hrs) and visit Gridhkutta (Vulture's peak), World Peace Stupa, Venuvanaram & Bimbisar Prison. Lunch at a restaurant in Rajgir. Drive continue to Nalanda (30 min) to visit the ruins of world ancient University. Thereafter drive onwards to Vaishali (4 hrs) for overnight stay.

Day 06 : Vaishali - Kushinagar : After breakfast at hotel Vaishali sightseeing. Visit the Relic Stupa and the Kutagarasala Vihara. After lunch proceed towards Kushinagar(6 hrs). On arrival check in at a hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 07 : Kushinagar - Lumbini : After breakfast at hotel proceed for visiting Mahaparinirvana Temple (where Buddha took his last breathe) and Rambhar Stupa (cremation site of lord Buddha). Back to hotel for Lunch. After lunch drive (4 hrs) to Lumbini (in Nepal). (Kindly obtain double entry visa for India & single entry visa for Nepal). On arrival, check in at hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 08 : Lumbini - Sravasti : After breakfast at hotel visit the Holy Birth place of Lord Buddha Mayadevi Temple and Ashokan Pillar. Early lunch and then drive to Sravasti (6 hrs). Enroute visit Kapilvastu (30 min). On arrival check in at hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 09 : Sravasti - Delhi : After breakfast drive to Sravasti where Buddha spent for 25 rainy seasons in the Jetvana Gardens. The city has age-old stupas, majestic monasteries and several temples. In Sravasti visit Saheth - Maheth & Jetvan. Lunch at hotel and then proceed to Lucknow (4hrs). At Lucknow dinner at hotel and then proceed to railway station for overnight journey to Delhi.

Day 10 : Delhi - Departure : Arrive Delhi early morning. Breakfast at hotel and then proceed for sightseeing tour of New Delhi. Visit the 11th century Qutab Minar, India Gate, the Rashtrapati Bhavan, Mahatama Gandhi Memorial, Lotus Temple and many other places. Timely transfer to airport for connecting flight to home destination.
